The SunStar
This is my third year trying to capture a sunstar bursting through Durdle Door having been thwarted numerous times by cloudy sunrises and massed ranks of photographers trying to capture this phenomenon, which can only be achieved for around a month during winter, I finally got lucky. Visiting earlier this week, I was met with a quiet morning, a beautiful sunrise and although it looked like clouds were going to block the sun poking through Durdle Door, they opening briefly and allowed me to grab this shot.
